All cancellation is self-cancel, just login to your account to cancel your registration. All monies paid, except for a $100.00 administrative fee, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to the start date of camp.
No refunds will be provided less than two weeks prior to the starting date of camp, regardless of circumstance. Refund requests are self-cancel. Phone requests will not be accepted. Pease allow three to five weeks for refunds processed after June 15.
Registration Protection
Registration Protection is a service provided by Active.com that enables Parent to purchase coverage for the total cost of their registration and processing fees. If a registrant is unable to attend camp for a reason covered by the Registration Protection offer, they may contact Booking Protect to file a refund application and receive full compensation.
