All cancellation requests must be in writing. All monies paid, with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to the start date of camp.
No refunds will be provided less than two weeks prior to the start date of camp, regardless of circumstance. Refund requests can be sent via e-mail, fax, or regular mail. Phone requests will not be accepted. All refunds are issued by check. Please allow three to five weeks for processing. Please include both your child’s name and session they are enrolled in.
Registration Protection is an opt-in offer that enables Parent to purchase coverage for the total cost of their registration and processing fees. If a registrant is unable to attend camp for a reason covered by the Registration Protection offer, they may contact Booking Protect to file a refund application and receive full compensation.
