Key Security Deposit
A $125 security deposit is required in the form of a personal check (or credit card Capture). This is to secure any lost keys, damage or other incidentals. No keys will be issued without a security deposit.
Please note: The check will not be deposited unless your camper loses his/her room key or incurs any damage to their room after which you will be notified. If there are no damages or loss of keys, the check will automatically be voided in our system. Both roommates are responsible for any damages that might occur to the room unless proven otherwise. The security deposit will cover only a small amount of these incidentals.
